Ingredients

  • 10 oz box pre-popped toffee popcorn
  • 10 oz bag dark chocolate morsels
  • 5 oz salted cashews , chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced or slivered almonds , chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, melt chocolate until smooth and creamy
  • Add popcorn, coconut and nuts to a large mixing bowl
  • Using a fork or whisk, slowly drizzle chocolate over popcorn mixture until it reaches the amount you prefer
  • Move mixture to large sheet pan and continue to drizzle, pressing the nuts/coconuts to the popcorn if necessary
  • Let chill in refrigerator for 1/2 hour and and then serve immediately
  • Store in airtight container... like there will be ANY leftovers ...
