Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.
Once you have your dough rolled, stretched and ready to go, shape it to fit your preference. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on the crust and spread around with a basting brush.
Once the crust has been oiled, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a bit of smoked paprika or Ancho pepper powder.
Grab your favorite BBQ sauce, homemade or from a bottle, and spread a light, even layer of sauce over your dough.
Add more BBQ sauce to the shredded chicken and when well mixed, add that onto my pizza. Layer with red onion slices, feta cheese, bacon, spices and then top with mozzarella cheese and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro
Slice and serve immediately
