Ingredients

  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 4-5 tablespoons Nutella
  • 12 ounces white almond bark
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Place sandwich cookies in a food processor. Process until pulverized. Stir in Nutella and mix until well combined
  • Chill truffle mix in freezer for 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and scoop 1 inch balls of truffle dough onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes
  • Melt almond bark until smooth over a double boiler or in a microwave for about 1-1/2 minutes on high power, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Dip each truffle in the chocolate, tap off excess, and place back on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired. Chill to set. Store in refrigerator for up to one week in an airtight container
