HOW DO I MAKE STRAWBERRY CAKE MIX COOKIES?
Easy! To make Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies, preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. In a small bowl combine the powdered sugar and cornstarch and in a separate bowl add in regular sugar and set aside … these are both for rolling your cookies. Melt the butter and in a large bowl, combine with the cake mix and eggs. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the regular sugar and roll dough around until coated and lightly roll with your hands into a ball shape. Transfer dough blob to the powdered sugar and roll around until covered in powdered sugar and set on your cookie sheet. Cook Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies for 9 minutes. Remove them from the oven, let them cool for one minute and then move Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies to a cooling rack.

- 8 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
